What is the difference between Canterbury Park and Merriman Woods?

Canterbury Park includes a full-size washer and dryer in every apartment and offers garden-style living with renovated amenity spaces. Merriman Woods features controlled-access buildings, on-site laundry in each building, and a location within walking distance of Merriman Mall.

Where are the communities located?

Both communities are located in Livonia, MI, less than a mile apart and approximately 2 miles from I-275, I-96, and M-5.

Both communities offer one bedroom apartments starting around 750 sq ft and two bedroom apartments starting around 900 sq ft.

Yes. Updated apartment options are available in select homes at both communities, and availability varies.

How do I schedule a tour?

We encourage scheduling a tour in advance so our leasing team can give you their full attention and walk you through what's currently available. Tours are available Monday through Saturday. You're also welcome to stop by in person during office hours.
